SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have windows open on secondary screen (optionally attached via custom
tiling)
2. Let KDE go into idle and shut the screens off due to idle
3. Awaken the desktop (I have the desktop locked and need to unlock it)

OBSERVED RESULT
Find your secondary windows out of place, often half way into the primary
screen space.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows to be in the same positions as when the screen was locked or idled out.
(Behaviour was correct in 6.2.X)
