SUMMARY
When selecting files on desktop, for some reason if the cursor is hovered over
a file when mouse button released, only that file becomes selected
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select some files on the desktop and release the mouse button when the
cursor is over a file
2. try when the cursor is not over a file
OBSERVED RESULT
Only the hovered file becomes selected
EXPECTED RESULT
All the files that are inside selection rectangle are selected
