SUMMARY
When resized to some size, system monitor's Applications tab becomes flickery
and poorly rendered
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor and slowly resize it to about the size when the
scrollbars should disappear
2. Now the Applications tab looks bugged
OBSERVED RESULT
the Applications tab is changing it's size every frame and/or the text is
rendered in lower resolution
EXPECTED RESULT
everything renders as intended
