Recently, I thought I had a bug ( Bug 500093 ), but in reality it was a missing
optional package that was necessary for a optional function, which the system
didn't inform me in layman's terms that it needed.
I'm requesting that the system should inform the users in layman's terms that
they should install a missing optional package when trying to use a system
feature that requires it.
