SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. invoke krunner once using one of the configured shortcuts (it does not seem
to matter which shortcut has been used)
2. krunner opens up, use it, close it again (e.g. during invoking a command)
3. try to open krunner again using any shortcut - it won't pop up again until a
restart.
4. systemctl --user restart plasma-krunner.service
5. krunner works again (one time) for any shortcut, then we're back to 3.
OBSERVED RESULT
krunner only shows up once invoked by a shortcut
EXPECTED RESULT
krunner shows up every time invoking a shortcut.
