SUMMARY
When a window is out of either the top or the left border of the screen, it
moves to the bottom-middle of the screen after KWin restarts.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move a window outside of the left or the top border of the screen.
2. Issue `systemctl --user restart plasma-kwin_x11.service` in a terminal.
3. Observe the location of the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window moved to the bottom-middle of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should stay at the location it was put before restarting KWin.
