STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Obtain an Amtrak ticket
2. Attempt to open it
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE itinerary says that there was nothing to open
EXPECTED RESULT
The ticket opens and becomes a ticket in KDE Itinerary
