SUMMARY
After installing a rx 9070 xt the mouse cursor went totally black, only happens
however when HDR is on
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a rx 9070's series card ?!
2. Turn on HDR
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse is totally black, no matter which icon you select, however hovering over
say a game window that doesn't run in HDR does show the normal mouse cursor,
only happens over HDR elements.
EXPECTED RESULT
No mouse issues
