SUMMARY
In digiKam 8.6.0 the size of the album list panel cannot be reduced as in 8.5.0
and previous versions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start digiKam 8.6.0 in Russian locale
2. Try to reduce album list panel
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel size remains quite large, leaving little space for album previews in
IconView and in Tabvew.

But in English locale size can be reduced
