video containing demonstration for all bugs

Many problems with control bar on left side and activity bar in it. See in my
attached screencast.

1. See at 0:11 that when clicking on the configure button, the desktop shifts
to the right. If configure menu is closed at 0:13 it shifts back. This is
confusing to the user because what you see is not what you get.

2. From 0:15 to 0:22 I am moving around the resize arrows. It is not obvious to
the user why nothing happens.

3. At 0:23 I made the control bar vertically smaller. But the activity bar is
also resized horizontally in a strange way.

4. You see that there is empty space below the activity bar. At 0:29 you can
see that there is really no other plasmoid claiming this space. You saw before
that this space cannot be eliminated by resizing the control bar.

5. If the control bar is always visible, then it is not possible for icons or
plasmoids (see at 0:45) to be placed above or below the control bar. So there
is much lost space.

6. When moving a plasmoid, the control bar catches it without releasing the
mouse button. At 0:49 I definitelly did not realease the mouse button.

7. When a plasmoid is moved into a control bar, it cannot moved back by the
same way. But as a user I would expect so. At 0:52 I am trying this twice.

8: At 0:58 I want to open the the configure menu of the control bar. But for
some reason the calender opens as if I had clicked on the clock.

9. At 1:06 I am trying to remove the clock plasmoid. But I am not fast enough
with the mouse motion and, the remove button disappears. This is a wrong
behaviour.

10. See what happens at 1:31. I would expect the clock to be resized.

11. At 1:40 I am starting to move the clock plasmoid. In that instant, the
control bar resizes. This is strange behaviour because what you see is not what
you get when releasing the mouse button.

All these bugs are reproducible for me as you can see in the video.
