SUMMARY
Noticed that the plasma 6.3 wayland session might have an issue with cut/copy
and paste.
These operations sometimes cause the application in which they are practiced to
freeze for a few seconds. Seen particularly in inkscape and thunderbird. The
former also often crashes during these operations.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open inkscape or thunderbird
2. Copy and paste or cut and paste stuff around
OBSERVED RESULT
The application occasionally freezes for a few seconds. Inkscape at times does
even crash.
EXPECTED RESULT
Cut/copy and paste should not imply any lag/crash

Think that the issue is known to the inkscape developers, but that the issue
might not be on the inkscape side, since the freezes are seen elsewhere too.
