STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application which is not pinned on task manager
2. Change virtual desktop or close this application
OBSERVED RESULT
task manager has empty space
EXPECTED RESULT
task manager should not have empty space
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
