SUMMARY
KWIN uses more than 80% of CPU at all times, causing lag on all apps and the
session becoming unusable resulting in a need to restart Plasma.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load KDE
2. Open applications and use system as usual.
3. Observe in System Monitor / HTOP / BTOP as KWIN usage rises drastically.
OBSERVED RESULT
CPU usage rises above 80% for KWIN.
EXPECTED RESULT
KWIN intended to use a less extreme amount of CPU as it lags other software.
