1- Have a file/folder selected on Desktop.
2- Click on an empty area of the Panel; an area that has no function by
clicking.
3- Press Enter.
Result:
The file/folder doesn't open because Panel's empty area takes away focus from
the Desktop.
Also there's no visual indication that the focus has been changed to the empty
area of the panel, which can lead users to mistakenly assume it's a random
Desktop glitch.
