SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image with gwenview
2. Click show editing tools
3. Click on annotate
4. Try to change any of the default values for the color, border fill, etc.
OBSERVED RESULT
Color picker window isn't being spawned and can't choose whether or not some
of the image items have a fill
EXPECTED RESULT
Color picker should open to able to choose the color
Should be able to choose fill and fill color or no fill
