STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In "Configure keyboard and shortcuts...", change a shortcut.
2. In "Configure toolbars...", click "Default".
OBSERVED RESULT
The confirm dialog warns about resetting toolbars, but shortcuts are also
reset.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only toolbars are reset.
