shown in attachment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to RTL language (Arabic)
2. Open Welcome Center
3. See Next button
OBSERVED RESULT
Arrow is misplaced before the word.
EXPECTED RESULT
Arrow place after the word
