SUMMARY
After Plasma started appeared notification about updates. In notification I
found two buttons "View updates".
I'm not sure if this was intended. Please confirm.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma session and wait for update

OBSERVED RESULT
notification with two buttons "View updates".
EXPECTED RESULT
I'm not sure, but maybe one button should be called "Start updates" and second
"View updates".
