I was just able to reproduce this on git-master following the original testing
steps with the Text and Icons Task Manager
Setup:
Maximized Firefox window, Thunderbird window
Other minimized windows.
1. Firefox has focus. Left click on Thunderbird's icon in the task manager
2. Right click on any other icon
Result: No context menu appears. The second right click makes it appear.
It's intermittent but frequent on my system
Operating System: Solus 4.7
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
Qt Version: 6.8.3
Kernel Version: 6.12.21-316.current (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
