Hi - just to check:

* Are you signed in locally to this device, or using some sort of remote
desktop connection? (Thinking of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464675 )
* If you go to the Processes page and sort by Download / Upload stats there,
does the network traffic show up? (Checking if perhaps it's showing under a
different process that isn't getting associated to the OBS Studio
applications?)
