SUMMARY
For some time now, after every reboot, I have to do:
$ systemctl --user start plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde.service
$ systemctl --user restart xdg-desktop-portal.service
— in order to get KDE's file dialogs in apps.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot openSUSE Tumbleweed
OBSERVED RESULT
$ systemctl --user status plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde.service
says it's dead
EXPECTED RESULT
$ systemctl --user status plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde.service
shows it as running

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested the latest KDE Linux snapshot and ran into the same issue, with the
same workaround — I don't know if the cause is the same though.
