It'd be nice to have this feature, I live in Australia but have had to set my
'Time' format to United Kingdom to get 24-hour time.
This is a bit silly, I've lived in both countries and I wouldn't really say
that one really uses 24-hour time more than the other. So it's a very arbitrary
decision the Qt devs have made to say Australians always use 12-hour time.
