different format than it was saved as.
SUMMARY
1. Trying to save an images in another format - fails.
2. specifying a different extension for the file - doesn't change the selected
format
3. specifying a different type & extension for the file - just create a copy of
the original file
4. there's no option to save as simple JPEG.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a HEIC file
2. File > Save as
3. search for simple JPEG format -- there isn't a simple JPEG format.
4. save as PNG or WEBP.
the file is saved with a new filename + extesion
but the format is still HEIC.
OBSERVED RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT
1. appending a new image file extension, changes the file format box.
2. saving in another format, saves the file in that format
3. having a JPEG option, in the "save as" dialo
