A KisSelectionMask does not persistantly maintain layer names after a reload
and defaults back to "KisSelectionMask" after reload.
to reproduce
1) create a selection
2) convert it to a selection mask
3) rename it
4) Save and close
5) reopen and the name has been reset back to "KisSelectionMask"
