systemsettings application shown screen settings

The systemsettings application has a module to configure the display
configuration.
This includes position, resolution, orientation, refresh rate and replica.

The scaling can be only configured globally.
It would be really nice to make the scaling settable for each display.

Currently, the user has to use the command line utility "xrandr" to archive
this, like:
xrandr --output LVDS-1 --scale 0.8x0.8
