General Breeze QStyle issue; moving there.
Ultimately the resize area has to be expanded *somewhere* though, or else it's
a one-pixel click area which causes other problems. And wherever the invisible
expended click zone lives, it'll be covering up *something*. So it's not clear
to me how we could meaningfully improve upon this.
