SUMMARY
Launching spectacle from the system menu with Plasma 6.3.90 shows the overlay
interface intended to be shown when you hit print screen, not the app interface
as it did before. Neal Gompa says this is a bug not an intended change, so I'm
filing it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot Plasma/KDE 6.3.90 (I'm using Fedora Rawhide)
2. Open the system menu and run Spectacle
OBSERVED RESULT
You see the overlay interface
EXPECTED RESULT
You should see the app interface
