  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
High risk of accidentally changing column configuration by scrolling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure columns...
2. Place mouse pointer on the right side of the columns configuration dialog
within its viewport.
3. Scroll down using mouse wheel.

OBSERVED RESULT
The list starts scrolling, but then (almost always) it stops and starts
changing the value of a combobox that is under mouse pointer. There's no
indication if I changed something in the settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
Shouldn't change any settings while scrolling the list, or at least make the
change noticeable.
