SUMMARY
Tray icons become blurry until you hover over them with the mouse cursor. I'm
on the Steam Deck but it also happens on my Fedora KDE install on my PC. It's
been happening for a while now (months), but I can't remember in what version
it started happening. It happens not only with these tray icons (I'm only using
these ones as an example) but with tray icons in general (Including system
ones). I'm not using fractional scaling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click/interact with tray icon to make it blurry.
2. Hover over it with the mouse to restore its quality.
OBSERVED RESULT
They become blurry.
EXPECTED RESULT
They shouldn't become blurry.
