The project bin doesn't correctly show the clip duration for a 30fps project:
It shows 00:00:04:30 for a 5 seconds long clip - which should show up as
"00:00:05:00".
Clip properties correctly show it as 00:00:05:00.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project "HD 720", 30fps
2. Create a color clip with length 00:00:05:00
3. Project bin shows the clip length as "00:00:04:30"
