Thanks for the bug report, and the video. It makes it very clear what's
happening.
I'm not immediately able to reproduce this in Neon Testing after a half dozen
reboots. Given the intermittent nature of the bug I'll keep this open and
hopefully someone else can reproduce it.
It doesn't sound like a bad setting in a config file, since it's intermittent.
