SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your window decorations to something other than breeze (I've tested
Layan, Edna, Otto, MoeDark, Apus, and Utterly-Round-Dark and all seem to have
this problem)
2. edit your currently selected window decorations and set size to large
(Utterly-Round-Dark has this issue on normal size)
3. take a window and fullscreen it. if it is already fullscreen un-fullscreen
it and then re-fullscreen it

OBSERVED RESULT
there is a small (~ 1px) gap at the bottom of the window

EXPECTED RESULT
window is flush with bottom of screen or panel (or whatever else)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Unsure if this is a plasma bug or an issue with the community window
decorations but it happens on quite a few window decorations and happens at the
bottom of the window.
