"Accept" is also the action that is triggered when you press enter or double click the selected area. My assumption was that "Accept" will be the primary action based on how the user has configured the app. I do agree that allowing the toolbar to be configured makes sense, it's just that there isn't a pre-made way to do that in Qt Quick.
