SUMMARY
When I wake my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop from sleep, the system wakes up as
normal, however, the display remains off. The display turns on as normal when I
press any key on my keyboard or move my mouse. So, the display is in a similar
state to when the screen turns off after a period of inactivity as set in the
power management options in the system settings.
This issue was not present prior to Plasma 6.4. This issue also happens whether
I suspend by pressing the power button, clicking the sleep button in the
application launcher, or by closing the lid. I have also tried waking my laptop
up both by opening the lid and by pressing the power button, and it makes no
difference.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend laptop
2. Wake up laptop
3. See black screen
4. Perform any keyboard or mouse input
5. See lockscreen appear
OBSERVED RESULT
Display remains black on wake up
EXPECTED RESULT
Waking up should also turn on screen
