STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open filemanager dolphin
2. Move to directory /home/user/workingspace
3. Create a new file / folder
4. Close filemanager dolphin again and all open applications on the
workingspace
OBSERVED RESULT
Check now the Workingspace, the new folder / file dont appears
EXPECTED RESULT
The new created file/folder should appear on the desktop (workingspace)
