Boot to the KDE Plasma login screen (SDDM). 2. Attempt to enable the screen reader by pressing Alt + Super + S. OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens. Orca does not start, and no screen reader feedback is provided. EXPECTED RESULT Orca should start, and screen reader output should begin, allowing blind users to log in independently.
