dragging screenshot from pop up to desktop doesn't work
SUMMARY
When taking a screenshot with spectacle, a pop up notification displays the
screenshot. Previously I was able to click and drag the screenshot to the
desktop and either move or copy it there. Now this only works through dolphin
and not directly to the desktop anymore (please see the attached video for
clarity)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot with Spectacle
2. Try and drag the screenshot from the pop up notification window directly to
the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
The screenshot should either be moved or copied to the desktop (a move/copy
menu used to pop up before)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-This used to work fine previously in Frameworks version 6.14.0 and Qt Version
6.9.0 this bug happened after updating to 6.15.0 and 6.9.1 respectively
