Thanks for the comment, but I can reproduce it on Wayland.
I can also reproduce it on KDE neon Testing Edition
(neon-testing-20250701-0430.iso). This was done without changing any (system)
settings. Oddly enough, I'm unable to reproduce this in my Fedora 42 VM..
