As a temporary workaround: you can actually press Enter key on the "Extract to"
dialog to confirm, even if the confirmation button is grayed out.
The main reason for this issue is that Ark uses a file-selection dialog instead
of a directory-selection one. However, allowing the Enter key to work in the
former is likely another bug in itself…
