SUMMARY
Recent updates broke the ability for a Hardware key bound to
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta to trigger shortcuts. This doesn't work as a 'steps to
reproduce', but...
### On Working Version (every version of KDE I've tried occurring up to and
including that packaged with
- Hardware Key bound in QMK to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta will trigger shortcuts (e.g.
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta+F will trigger the associated shortcut)
- Using the 'Create Shortcut' menu, using that hardware key will create the
proper shortcut
### On a Non-Working Version
- Hardware Key bound in QMK to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta will NOT trigger shortcuts
(e.g. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta+F will not trigger the associated shortcut)
- Using the 'Create Shortcut' menu, using that hardware key as a part of a
shortcut will not create the desired shortcut
### Aside
Note that these shortcuts broke even when using keyd to rebind CapsLock for a
few Kinoite versions following the 'working' version below, but was resolved in
the latest versions, but the hardware keys remain broken.

This behavior works on every version of Plasma I've tried for approximately 3
years, up to AND INCLUDING the KDE environment found in Fedora Kinoite
