SUMMARY
Timezone displayed as city despite setting "Display time zone as: Offset from
UTC time".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Display time zone as: Offset from UTC time"
2. Hover the digital clock widget.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip says "Berlin: ..."
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip should mention "UTC+2" or similar.
