SUMMARY
If I close a no-network vault from inside Dolphin instead of the vaults widget,
the vaults widget is not refreshed and therefore I have no connection until I
manually click the vaults widget from the panel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a vault which requires no internet connection and open it
2. Close the vault from within Dolphin, not the widget
OBSERVED RESULT
I have no network, the vault list is not refreshed and it requires me to
manually open the widget to refresh it and reactivate internet connection.
EXPECTED RESULT
I should have networking again and the open vaults list would be refreshed
