If there are some updates available we can see icon in systray that informs us
about it. If we install those updates this icon stays visible in systray until
next login.
There is laso other problem: if we run `apt update` command and it shows us
that there are some new updates, this icon in systray still will show
information that system is up to date.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check if notifier shows icon in systray tat informs about new updates
2. Install updates
3. Icon will stay visible in systray while it should get hidden
Actual Results:
Notifier systray icon is visible after all updates were installed.
Expected Results:
Notifier icon should be hidden in systray (available in extened systray view)
when there are no updates.
