I'm presently running Fedora 43 kernel 6.17-rc2 with desktop kde plasma 6.4.4
on Orange Pi 5 Plus arm64. I'm experiencing a strange error when I log onto the
desktop. I'm only seeing one of my HP monitors in a dual monitor setup.
Initially I can only see one monitor and I can't see my mouse pointer. If I
move the mouse from what would normally be one monitor to another, the opposite
monitor comes on and the other goes dark. If I shake my mouse quickly the dark
monitor come on briefly with an enlarge pointer but as the mouse pointer
becomes smaller that screen goes dark.
This problem/error started with the install of kernel 6.17. Previously,
everything ran perfect all thru kernel 6.16 rc1-rc7. So I'm guessing it's an
error between kernel 6.17 and Kde Plasma. Btw, I have my install setup to
switch between Gnome desktop and Plasma. If switch to Gnome I have no problems
at all.
