Autoscroll activates even when it's disabled
Summary
I don't want to use autoscroll, so I have it disabled in the settings.
However, it somehow activates again every time.
I don't understand why, but I found a way to reproduce the issue and a
workaround.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Configure > Timeline > Disable "Autoscroll while playing".
2. While paused, click on an area of the timeline where text input is
possible. I tested this with a subtitle clip and "Edit Track Name". You don't
actually need to type anything.
3. When you press Play, autoscroll will activate.
Workaround:
1. Right-click on any clip on the timeline while playing. This won't work on
empty areas.
2. The right-click menu will appear. At this point, autoscroll will stop. Then
close the menu by pressing Esc or other method.
