SUMMARY
After an update, randomly when login on either Wayland or x11, after a few
seconds, system becomes extremely laggy for a very long moment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with user.
2. Lag
OBSERVED RESULT
Extreme lag on either graphical or tty terminal.
EXPECTED RESULT
System going smooth
