I just tried this. org.kde.snow was not present in my
$HOME/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc likely because I reset my
KDE config when this bug arose 2-3 weeks ago.

I still get these plasmashell crashes multiple times per day. It's very
irritating. Watching a YouTube video in Chromium is the most reliable trigger
for the crash. It triggers seemingly at random at other times.
