SUMMARY
Initial window size for "About Ark" is too short.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click Help -> About Ark
OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog content doesn't fit in window, I have to use scroll bar or resize the
dialog window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should be taller.

Ark: 25.04.3
