I also tried removing the spacer but the issue still happens. On my second screen I have the exact same setup, but with an added Digital Clock after the spacer. - Do you use third party plugins with it such as panel colorizer? I am using a global theme + Kvantum. I also tried disabling everything and going back to the original default settings, and rebooted afterwards, but the same behavior occurs. - What plasma style are you using? (And if it's a custom one, if you have link to download it, that would be helpful.) Currently using Moe-Dark + Moe-Dark Kvantum. However I am quite sure this is not the issue, since the problem also happens with the original Breeze Dark without Kvantum. I also tried setting the panel length to Custom instead of Content-Fit but the bug still happens. This issue has been present for about a year. I have reinstalled EndeavourOS a couple of times during this period but the problem persists.
