SUMMARY
Tab ui is screwed up when dragging tabs in a specific way

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Drag a tab 2 or more tabs across before the tab pops out and cursor style
changes to a a green duplication plus thingy. You then need to move the tab
somewhere else so kwrite gets unfocused. This all must be done before the tab
sliding animation finishes.

OBSERVED RESULT
Duplicated tabs. Purely visual, and is fixed when you click on the tabs. Not
when you add a new one, though.

EXPECTED RESULT
normal tabs
